A perfect example of quality Pinot Grigio. Delicately scented and soft on the palate. This Pinot offers classic, citrus fruit (key lime) and floral notes in a balanced and elegant style. Smooth and refreshing with a long, pleasant finish.

Vinification:

The Pinot Grigio grapes are hand harvested in September from south-east facing vineyards. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 20 days at low temperatures. The wine is stored in tank to preserve fruit driven flavours followed by bottling.
